The 30th Wireless and Optical Communications Conference (WOCC 2021) is an IEEE international conference and will be a platform for researchers and professionals from academia, industry, and government to exchange the new findings and latest developments in wireless and optical communications as well as networking. Original technical papers are solicited. All the accepted and presented papers will be published in the WOCC 2021 Conference Proceedings, which will be in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Authors are invited to submit unpublished and original works. Either 2-page Extended Abstracts or 3-5 page Full Papers are welcome to one of four symposia in WOCC 2021.
